3,323 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Ambient Sound"

Generated 10 minutes of white noise, applied some eq and what i may call stereo expansion, and got this thing that should be good enough to be used as an ambient sound for cold weather or polar wind. Many of the sounds i have found here and elsewhere, have other noises and/or were created through other methods like blowing.

This is the sound of my computer idling (while recording in audacity, but that should make no difference) recorded using an old aiwa stereo microphone, which performs quite well. Don't worry, my computer is not this loud in real life, it's just normalized audio.

Back yard neighborhood sounds recorded with an olympus ls-10 stereo field recorder with gain set to maximum. The original. Wav files was exported to this one to save disk space. The file was then amplified with audacity© sound editor.
